Located in a gated community, you'll find tennis & basketball courts, a dog park, playgrounds, and memorial day to labor day, swimming beaches, pools, and mini-golf. Thoughtful touches make this a place your kids will love too!

Get ready to enjoy all of the fresh air and relaxation that the Poconos are known for. This home is located in a gated community directly across the street from Dresser Lake. It's a short walk to the lake along with baseball fields, a fenced dog park, and many other amenities.
Within the home, you'll find air conditioning in each of the 4 wonderfully decorated bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms set up to sleep a maximum of 8 adults and 5 kids. If you have a different group size, feel free to shoot us a message! All linens, towels, and basic toiletries are taken care of for you.
On the 2nd floor, you'll find:
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with king bed, 58" smart TV, dedicated work station, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and full bathroom ensuite.
Bedroom 2: We call it the "Glass Room". (It's our favorite room!) This room has a queen bed with floor-to-ceiling windows and a skylight. You'll also find a ceiling fan and air conditioning to keep you cool during warm summer nights.
Loft: Enjoy time with family and friends with a game of foosball and air hockey! Also, in the closet, you'll find the Pack'n Play and high chair.
Downstairs
Bedroom 3: A large room where you'll find a queen bed, air conditioning, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 4: This room has a bunk bed that has a full bed on top, a full bed on the bottom, and a pull-out twin trundle. The bunk bed has a manufactured weight rating of 200 lbs on the top and 200 lbs on bottom. Maximum of 1 adult per bed or 2 children per bed, with 1 person on the trundle. (Max: 5 children or 3 adults). This room also has air conditioning.
Kitchen: Fully appointed with all the pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery and glassware you could need. You'll also find a dual coffee brewer and Keurig maker. We provide Keurig pods, cream, and sugar! You'll also find a blender, microwave, double oven, and full-size refrigerator with filtered water and ice.
Dining Room: Seating for 8, plus a high chair for the littlest member of your crew!
Living Room: 50" TV with a few of our favorite games in the entertainment center. The couches have tons of pillows and blankets to stay cozy! The couch also has a pull-out queen that sleeps 2, if you need it! As parents, we also took the liberty to add corner protectors on all the sharp edges to help prevent boo-boos. The TV is also mounted to the stand, so you won't need to worry about it tipping over onto someone.
Outside: A firepit and propane grill with tools await you! If you plan on using the fire pit, wood is available at many local stores in the area! Additionally, there's a patio set with seating for 4 right outside the back door. The hot tub seats 6 and is a great place to enjoy evenings!
With the exception of our shed and 2 closets in the master bedroom, you have access to every area of the house.

Any missing amenities passes not returned at the end of your stay will result in a $100 per pass charge. This home is located in a gated community so before you arrive, you'll be asked to fill out a registration form specifically for the community. It must be returned to us 3 days before your arrival, otherwise, you will be charged a $90 expedited processing fee. Registration forms must be submitted 24 hours prior to access being granted to the community. You'll have access to 5 complimentary amenities passes at no additional charge. Above that, it is $12 per adult and $6 per child daily and you can purchase them directly at any pool location. With these passes, you will have access to community pools (Memorial Day - Labor Day), swimming beaches, and paddle boats (July 1st-Labor Day)
