Positive: Came to Grand Rapids for ArtPrize. Loved hotel’s location and the staff, especially Latece at the front desk. She is exceptional! Bed was very comfortable, too, so overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Negative: Facility itself is a bit dated. Rooms could use a facelift.

Summary: Hospitable, well-situated hotel in downtown Grand Rapids. Perfect for ArtPrize Fireworks and kickoff festivities.
