Holiday Villa Rental, heated Pool, near beach, Colares, Lisbon Coast This beautiful property has 5 comfortable bedrooms, Sleep up 12 adults. The garden has 1010 square meters where is placed a beautiful private heated pool (10x5 meters) The house has Internet WIFI (free), exterior tennis table, little gym tv cable (2000 channels), etc. The property is very close to the sandy beaches "Praia das Maçãs" and "Praia Grande" (10/15 minutes walk). Lisbon center is only half an hour distance. The Lisbon Airport is 45 kms distance.
The pool and the terrace has nice garden furniture. There is interior parking area for 4 cars. The exterior area for meals is excelent for BBQ (covered). for all year use. From this property, you will find many local restaurants and little shops at 10 minutes walk. Lisbon center, Estoril and Cascais, are only half an hour distance ( car). The Sintra local monuments are only 10 minutes by car .
There are 5 bedrooms. (3 bedrooms with king size bed and 1 twins bedroom). Also there is another compartment with a bunker bed. Sleeping in total 12 adults and 2 babies (2 cots) The beautifull heated pool (salt water) can be used all year (also in December and January). There are 3 bathrooms.(2 with bath tube, shower ; 1 with shower).. The house has 5 TV sets (with 55", 50", 46", 42" and 28" ). There is an exterior area for all fresco diner with BBQ area, etc. The house has also air conditioning, fireplace and other warming equipments for winter use. The pool is heated all year (free). All area is covered by Internet WIFI (free). We have 3 bikes for our guests. Also a basket area.
There are 2 fantastic sandy beaches at 10 or 15 minutes walk from the property. Also there are several nice restaurants near the property, as well little supermarkets. You will find a bus stop and trammway stop at 3 minuts distance from property. Lisbon, Estoril and Cascais are at half an hour distance.
