The authentic house stands in a unique panoramic location at the gateway to the Chianti region. A short private road leads to the house through olive groves, vineyards and forests, the typical landscape of Chianti. The two-storey building nestles into the natural incline of the site, so both floors have an entrance without stairs and with a lovely terrace.
The holiday villa can accommodate 8-10 people. It provides four double bedrooms, four bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, a large fully-equipped kitchen, a big terrace on the lower floor and a pergola on the upper floor. The lower floor comprises a living room, a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. There is access to the loggia. The upper floor has a kitchen (with a stove and dishwasher), a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a bathroom with a bath, a living room and a dining room. A child’s bed is available.
The private swimming pool amidst greenery, in a unique panoramic location, affords a wonderful view over the valley and has sun loungers for all guests, as well as shady outdoor spots. The extensive site is fully fenced and therefore also suitable for children and dogs. It is planted with olive groves. The roofed terrace has a marble table and chairs for dining. The second terrace has garden furniture, a parasol and garden loungers, a well as a further table with chairs. The garden has a BBQ and a swing.
