The two-storey holiday house provides around 45m² of living space. The ground floor has a cosy living room with an open kitchen. The living room provides a sofa, two armchairs, a flatscreen TV, a DVD player and a radio. There is also a dining table for up to four people. The open kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with an oven, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster and a sink. The bathroom, also on the ground floor, has a washbasin, shower, WC and washing machine. There are two bedrooms on the upper floor. The parents’ bedroom has a double bed with two bedside tables, a dresser and an armchair. The children’s bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table and a dresser. There is a wardrobe next to the stairwell upstairs.
The main entrance to the house with a little courtyard is on the north side of the house, where there is also a private parking space. There is also a 1000m² lawn on the northern side. On the southern side of the house you can find a terrace with a table and four chairs, a grill, a parasol, a seesaw and a slide for children (maximum weight 30kg). There is also a 4000m² park with an abundance of mature trees on the southern side of the house.
The owner lives on site. The beds are already made on arrival. For families with a toddler, the owner can provide a baby bath, a highchair, and a booster seat to put on chairs. Therefore this holiday house is especially suited to families with children.
