Situated in the exclusive Mapleton Hill neighborhood, this home is a 5min walk to the restaurants and shopping of Pearl Street and four blocks from the Sanitas Trailhead, Boulder's most iconic hiking trail.
The spacious modern interior flows onto wrap-around porches in both the front and rear of the home creating plenty of indoor/outdoor spaces from which to relax. A perfect home base from which to enjoy Boulder living. The main home is three stories (4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths), finished basement with games, and is best suited for families.
