Positive: Key code on door meant keyless entry, which is a nice touch. Internet was superb, spacious, washing machine, decent shower (as long as you are 5’8” (172cm) or smaller, which we all are. One couple loved the mattress that they want this in their home, as it’s the best sleep they’ve had in ages. A bit too hard for us but this is subjective and a preference though.
Negative: A balcony would have been nice but the position of the apartment makes sense to add extra living space. So a clothes horse hanging on the outside of the window to dry clothes would have been a nice addition.
