Positive: The studio was very comfortable with good air conditioning. The shower could have been a little larger, but no complaints really, plenty of hot water. The tiny kitchen didn't really lend itself to gourmet cooking, but it was adequate nonetheless. We didn't use it as eating out in St. Anne's and the surrounding area is not especially expensive. Of course, the view from the studio is to die for! The owner was very friendly and helpful, but spoke practically no English - hooray for Google Translate! There is a lovely beach just a couple of minutes' walk away, which also features a bar and restaurant (Pitates Beach). Above this is the People's Beach bar and restaurant. Both these establishments seem to have pretty random opening hours, but are worth a visit if you find them open. People's Beach also has a pool, which you can use if you purchase a drink or meal. The delightful village of St. Anne's is just a ten-minute stroll, and here you will find many restaurants and a couple of bars - Le V on the beach was a favourite, and The Rendesvous next door is also worth a mention. All the restaurants in St. Anne's are good to great, but a special mention must go to La Cour Crèole. Expect to pay between €20-€30 per head (May 2025)
