Summary: Place was very dirty. Staff was rude. The room was not only dated but very dirty. Fingerprints in bathroom, on walls, the most uncomfortable and unsanitary place I’ve traveled!! Went to work out in fitness center and there were no towels, water, cleaning wipes, NOTHING. Totally disgusting and when I told the girl at the front (she was busy on her phone texting) she acted like she didn’t care. Very rude. Floors were nasty and sticky. Nobody cleaning coffee stations. A very very bad look for a Hilton property. Do not stay here!! Fire station and police station are near along with a train and all of them went by in the middle of night with sirens. Just a terrible and unpleasant experience.
