Rescued from demolition in 2008, the home features a welcoming living room, full kitchen and three bedrooms; each with its own private bathroom. Cool breezes fill the home, keeping it comfortable inside and outside. Two bedrooms have private outdoor porches and the third bedroom has direct access to the front porch. Each bedroom has ceiling fans and air conditioners for your added comfort. The kitchen is spacious and has all the amenities you’ll need to create delicious island meals. The beautiful coffee bar and an outdoor patio dining area will quickly become your favorite spot to gather during your stay. One parking space is reserved for guests in the driveway, additional public street parking is also available in front of the house. You’ll enjoy being just a 10-minute walk to the famous Hilo Farmer’s Market and all the wonderful shops and restaurants in Hilo town. For your laundry needs, visit our locally-owned Downtown Laundry Express, located just a block away next to Subway. We have wireless internet (no TV) so bring your electronic device(s) if you feel the need to watch your favorite shows online. We encourage our guests to unplug, enjoy the simple pleasures of Hilo life and create special memories with your friends and family. This home has everything you need for that relaxing retreat you’ve been seeking. The Nightly Rate listed is for two guests; a $15 per guest, per night fee for additional occupancy.
