If cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival, guests receive a full refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. For cancellations made more than 30 days prior, guests receive a 50% refund minus the cancellation fee. Regrettably, no refunds can be processed within 30 days of arrival.
