This 50 m² chalet is in a family-friendly suburb, far enough from the bustling crowds but close enough for a quick drive to the local supermarket to grab your daily essentials.
Upon entering, you will find the living area and an open kitchen, fully furnished with all the amenities to make you and your loved ones comfortable while conveniently cooking and enjoying indoor or outdoor meals on the terrace.
The two bedrooms are furnished with double beds and complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Additionally, the living room features a sofa bed, providing accommodation for an additional person.
The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.
Please note that this house shares a common entrance with another flat, and the pool will be shared with them. The pool will be cleaned every two weeks during the winter months.
The chalet is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Visitors to Malaga can still see exciting monuments representing different periods in Malaga's history, such as the Roman theatre and the Gibralfaro castle and fortress.

The chalet is within walking distance of public transport. However, free street parking is available.

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
