Explore the heart of Almada, Portugal, at Rua Ary Dos Santos. This exciting area is full of attractions and activities to keep you entertained. And to refuel, there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, such as Tia Bé, Casa da Pizza - Romeira, and Casa da Pizza - Feijó. The autobuses are under the building that takes us to the Almada FORUM shopping centre and the beaches. We have the streetcar, 9 minutes walk that brings us to Cacilhas to take the boat that can take us to Lisbon.
Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
