The SUNSHINE GETAWAY in Surprise Arizona is hoping to make your Memorial Weekend special so you can observe and show appreciation your way. If you book Friday the 26th to Sunday the 28th, Memorial Day will be refunded. A refreshment package will also be provided. Your beautiful two story vacation home has been revamped with style and comfort in mind. The three bedrooms and the two full bathrooms are located on the second floor. There is also a half bathroom on the first floor as well as:
*Well equipped kitchen for those times you do not want to eat out.
*Large 8 seat dining room table to enjoy those meals.
*Master bedroom with King bed, walk-in closet, and private master bath.
*Fully-walled in backyard with all types of activities and furniture to enjoy the sun.
*Laundry room complete with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.
In each full bathroom you will find:

In the kitchen you will find:

Right now the garage is being used to keep things out of your vacation living space but there is a two-vehicle driveway just for you (the HOA is very anti-street parking especially overnight).
Late checkout and check-in can be secured for $25/hour if it will not interfere with another guest. You can always message the day before or of your trip and if there is not a booking and the unit has been cleaned there will be no charge.
Safety:
If there is an issue of any kind (leak, broken item, stain etc.) please contact us as soon as possible.
Your host, cleaning or maintenance crew will address issues that might ruin your stay and may need access inside the vacation home.
There is a ring camera at the front door that helps protect guests and the property. It should not be tampered with including unplugging the wi-fi.
Please lock all doors and windows anytime you are away from the property.
For liability reasons we cannot allow a third-party booking or more overnight guests than what was booked on the reservation.
Unfortunately, this rental cannot allow any illegal activity.
No mail can be received to the property to help maintain mail lost with address changes and to keep junk mail to a minimum.
Immaculate Experience
To keep the property fresh and clean we do not allow smoking of any kind. To help enforce this we have $100 fine if the cleaners detect odor or find evidence of smoking.
Please pickup any messes that pets will make inside the house and in the backyard.
We have cleaners to get the property ready for the next guests but if something is bad enough if they charge extra for any unreasonable situation left for them we may invoice that to you.
When leaving please turn off the lights and set the thermostat 68-71 F.
Accidents happen but any damage that is excessive may be invoiced to you. This will be applied to anything taken from the home as well so every guest can enjoy the same experience.
Please keep any vehicles you bring (2 max) safe in the driveway. The HOA is always on the prowl for cars parked on the street, especially overnight.
Please abide by the neighborhood quiet hours 9 PM-9 AM.
This house is big but not big enough to host any parties or far enough away from the other homes for loud noise that would disturbs the neighbors.
