Ideal home for both long or short stays, looking for a clean, quiet, safe, and central location in Metro Detroit. This home is located on a quiet, dead-end street, tucked away in the heart of Warren. It is located behind a 24hr Planet Fitness location and the 696 expressway, allowing easy access to the surrounding neighborhoods.
This cozy, single story home is perfect for 2-4 guests that prefer the privacy of a Single Family Home and a spacious backyard.
You'll enjoy many amenities such as a fully fenced, 1/2 acre backyard, laundry room, outdoor fire pit, 2 Smart TV's, custom dining table with seating for 4, and a fully stocked kitchen.
Each bedroom features a Queen bed with luxury linens, premium towels, and blankets. The bedrooms each have a large closet and one room has a mounted Smart TV.
