The home offers over 3,000 square feet of living space and 10-12' high ceilings throughout and surrounded by uninterrupted views and privacy. There are four (4) bedrooms, two (2) full bathrooms and a large Jack N' Jill bathroom, large living room, dining room, large open kitchen concept with family room, laundry room, free WIFI, and a extra large 2 - car garage (3-car garage - owner car in 3rd bay).
Open Kitchen has countertop seating for four and additional seating for four at a round high top table overlooking the pool with a picturesque mountain backdrop. Includes all upgraded or new appliances, granite countertops, cook top with six burners, and a separate wine cooler. Attached is the Living Room with a sectional couch and a 65" HDTV. Dining Room has seating for eight and is set off a large living room which features a gas fireplace and couches.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, jacuzzi tub, shower, and walk in closet.
Two of the guest bedrooms have queen beds and the other guest bedroom has a king size bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV.
