Positive: The property was a little tricky to find at first as “GoldRush #1” and the number 8 don’t face the street, but once we settled in it was a comfortable stay. The house is well set up, though a couple more blankets and a slightly bigger kitchen bin would be handy. A baby gate and the master bedroom TV were sorted on day 2 (the TV subscription had lapsed) – this was quickly fixed and much appreciated, especially as my toddler and I weren’t feeling the best and needed separate spaces to rest. The views are really lovely, the two parking bays are a big bonus, and the washing machine and separate dryer were excellent. The complimentary wine was a thoughtful touch, and the gentleman who came to help with the baby gate and TV was wonderful – a big thank you to him! Overall, a good stay with some lovely extras that made us feel welcome.

Negative: No tennis courts as advertises on booking.com This house has stairs to get to the lower 2 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry facilities. House signage should be facing the road.
