Summary: What a beautiful hotel right in the middle of Florence. We arrived very late in the evening and the night reception lady was so lovely and helpful. The room was just beautiful. The bathroom was so spacious and great shower. Our room had a gorgeous balcony. We didn’t get much sleep because of our late arrival but the bed was so comfortable i wish we could have had more hours in the bed. We did get up for breakfast and it was so good. The coffee and scrambled eggs were the best i had on our vacation. The pistachio croissant was delicious. The staff was helpful with helping us plan out our day. Both my husband and 16 year old all agreed that this was the best. We will definitely be returning the next time we are in Florence. Bridget
