Our guests are also welcome to enjoy some private woodland and lake walks during their stay. Meet our horses, rheas and alpacas! It is in within a driving distance of Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Brighton and Hastings. Whether you aim for a relaxing day at the beach, a round of golf in one of our local golf clubs, walks on our Bridal Ways, or a day of shopping in the city, your break will be filled with endless opportunities to explore the beautiful South East of England. This beautifully refurbished shed retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, with a basic yet modern kitchenette, and a luxury wet room. As a self-catering compact and bijou room, you'll find all your basics for a perfect stay. The kitchenette has a small fridge, a one ring hob, a microwave, a kettle, and coffee making facilities. . This self contained room has a double bed, television and internet access. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed inside the property. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property, as well as a very conveniently located Farmshop on our actual Estate (7.00am to 7.00pm) - Pets are not allowed at the property.
