We propose you to rent, on the commune of Lamballe-Armor, this splendid longère renovated with quality materials, the work was finished in July 2022, with a sublime sea view, in 5 minutes on foot of the beach of Port Morvan, of a surface of 250 m ² and being able to accomodate until 10 travellers. It is composed of a beautiful living room of 85 m² (with wood stove), an open plan kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 900 m², adjoining another gite and several terraces. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you to enjoy the magnificent features of this longère and the Breton sea air!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 85 m² with TV, stove (wood not supplied), sofa, armchairs, wall bookcase and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A laundry room.
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining shower room.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor :
- Bedroom 2: a master suite with king-size bed (180×200), a shower room with shower and WC and access to a terrace with sea view.
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 4: one double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 5: two single beds.
- A lounge and office area.
- A bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- Separate WC.
Outside :
- A beautiful 900 m² garden adjoining another gîte.
- A first terrace on the ground floor, facing south with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A second terrace on the living room side.
- A third terrace on the first floor with a magnificent sea view, ideal for enjoying the sublime sunsets, with garden furniture and deckchairs.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The house is ideally located in Lamballe-Armor, in a very pleasant environment, 5 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes drive from the beautiful fishing port of Dahouet and the seaside resort of Val André. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
