Positive: The name “Gem” is certainly fitting for this accommodation! The apartment far exceeded our expectations, especially considering the excellent rate. It is spacious, comfortable, modern, and equipped with everything you could possibly need—and more. Valary was also incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were genuinely impressed with the quality and value for money and will definitely be staying here again when passing through Busia. Highly recommended!
Negative: The apartment is located off the main road and slightly outside of town. While the provided pin location is accurate, the surrounding Kenyan roads can be a little confusing. We did get slightly lost, but Valary was incredibly helpful over the phone, giving us directions using nearby landmarks, and we quickly found our way to the apartment.
