PLEASE NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood. Parties of any type are not allowed in this home. If you are looking for a home to have any type of gathering that could exceed the maximum occupancy, or the maximum number of vehicles, this is not the home for you. If you are looking to play music outside at anytime or do anything that could disturb a neighbor, this is not the right home for you.
Our mission is to provide you and your family a memorable vacation in each of our homes while visiting Disneyland and Southern California. During your stay, you will enjoy not only the shortest walk to Disneyland, but also our well-appointed home that has been completely remodeled and decorated with you in mind.
This remodeled 4 bedroom house has a private pool and is located just directly across the street from Disneyland.
Enter this open concept floor plan into the living area, where you’ll find tiled floors throughout. When it’s time to cook, and if you must, step into the fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table, and bar seating for two. The high ceiling in the family room is large and has 2 sofas and a chair for your tired legs to stretch out. There are two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom, across from the 3rd bathroom with shower/tub combination, has a queen bed. The fourth room, with a twin over full bunkbed with twin trundle, is decorated in Car’s Lightning McQueen theme for the enjoyment of the little ones.
You’ll love the back yard- perfect place to enjoy the Anaheim Disneyland weather. the private pool has a child safety fence and is heated year round September to May. The outdoor cooking area has BBQ for al fresco dinners and outdoor dining table and lounge chairs.
This fabulous house is perfectly located across the street from Disneyland, where you’ll find amazing dining, shopping and more.

CITY REQUIREMENTS:
+ Current REG Permit #REG2019-00024
+ Max Occupancy - 10 individuals including infants (7 adults max) - Adding guest(s) after initial booking incurs additional guest fee
+ + Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights
+ Parking/Max Vehicle Count - 4 vehicles MAX in driveway ONLY (tandem). Must not encroach into sidewalk. NO parking on public streets (except with valid permit). RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited.
+ City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage/game rooms etc) are off limits during this time.
+ Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation.
+ We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2 day gaps in our calendar
+ Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee
+You must be 25 years old or older to book with us.
+We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property. Please note that this STR Rules deposit is not charged unless the house rules are not followed.

Outdoor Security Camera(s): Security cameras are present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. One faces the backyard and the other faces the driveway. Cameras are not actively monitored but do send electronic notifications to Funtierland personnel for potential follow up with Guest if the cameras detect activity between approximately 10pm – 9am in alignment with Anaheim's city mandated Quiet Time Hours / Ordinance. Cameras may also monitor parking compliance including but not limited to confirming that no vehicles encroach upon or park over the sidewalk in any way, or illegally park on the street without a Funtierland provided parking permit. Please note the use of the property and all amenities are at your own risk whether or not security cameras are present.
