Here in the heart of the Mid Cape, you'll have so much at your fingertips - the beaches of Dennis, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and a wide assortment of shopping and dining.
This single-story home is a walker's delight. Stroll a few houses west to fish and kayak from the small beach on Kelleys Bay, or head up the street to the east to find tennis courts, sports fields, and a playground at John A. Kelley Recreation Area. Corporation Beach, Sea Street Beach, and West Dennis Beach are all within five miles, with a pair of beach chairs provided for your use.
Begin each morning with coffee and breakfast in the glassed-in sunroom before heading to the beach. You'll be greeted back at home by an outdoor shower, ample backyard seating, and a gas grill and firepit for your evening barbecues.
The interior is charming and inviting, offering wood-paneled walls, window AC to keep everyone comfortable, and a 50-inch smart TV and Roku for movie nights in the living area.
