Positive: Breakfast ok. Room comfortable. Location convenient.
Negative: Booked room with breakfast included. At check in we noticed that breakfast was not included. I checked my paperwork which confirmed that breakfast was included. I spoke with the reception folks who told were unpleasant about this and honored this only because I had the paper copy of the reservation.
Summary: Good location near MSP.
