Summary: This property is in a great location, quick Uber ride to grocery store, beaches and restaurants. The house is beautiful and clean and the access to a private pool is wonderful. The host Claudia is very nice and prompt in returning texts, calls or emails with any issues. There were a few issues, one of the toilets was running all day and night, my husband is handy and was able to fix that small issue. The pool was dirty, although the pool guy came unexpectedly the day after we arrived while we were in the backyard and scared us as we were not aware and he didn’t knock, he didn’t do a good job cleaning it, we cleaned most of it ourselves but the pool floor was very dirty and needed to be vacuumed which we didn’t have access to a pool vacuum. Most importantly there is a hot water issue, the hot water didn’t last more then 4 minutes before the electrical breaker would turn it off, so we took very quick cold uncomfortable showers. We reached out to the host Claudia which she responded quickly to this issue and was contacting an electrician to fix it but that didn’t help our stay, we didn’t have hot water, My husband tried to fix the hot water issue but didn’t have the tools and not something he wanted to work on our vacation and would have taken too much of his time. If those issues were fixed it’s a perfect place to stay and would definitely stay there again if the hot water and pool cleaner is resolved.
