We welcome you to experience all the things we love about our home! The home has a unique mid-century style and was completely renovated in 2015. Our one acre lot is located in Wildwood Point subdivision, just inside Lizard Creek. We have a panoramic view of the lake, including a fantastic main-lake view. You can literally see the lake from any window in the house! Our boat dock, complete with a BAR, is private with no surrounding boat docks. We have TONS of shade, 4 ceiling fans, TV with Roku, WIFI, and a stereo system on the boat dock, so plan on spending countless hours down on the water! Our lot is FLAT and huge - perfect for bocce ball, cornhole, canjam, etc. In addition to the games, the rental also includes use of our TWO Liquid Logic Versa Boards - for no additional charge! We are located just minutes from Food Lion and the ABC store.

Summary: The is the perfect lake vacation house! The house is clean and comfortable. The large flat lot is perfect for playing yard games and sitting around the firepit in the evenings. The dock and dock bar are incredible and we spent most of our day there when we weren't out on the water. The owner was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. They even installed bumpers on the dock so we could dock our boat! It was a perfect spot for our family vacation and we plan to return next year!
