This beautiful five bedroom, four and a half bath waterfront home comes complete with all the extras! Three levels of living space, custom cabinets and woodwork throughout (built by the owner), screened in deck, splendid view of the lake, shuffle board and a full-sized arcade game with more than 200 games!
Located at the 7 Mile Marker by water and by land just off O Road in Gravois Mills. This home is close to dining, a golf course, a movie theater, bowling alley and within 20 minutes of Bridal Cave and the new Ozarks International Raceway!
You will love all of the decks, complete with glass railings to allow for great views of the lake. There is plenty of seating on every deck and the dock is just a short walk down from the home.
The main level features the Master Suite complete with a King bed, a view of the lake, a large bathroom, walk-in closet, a semi-private deck and more. You will also find the living area, a half-bath, dining area (featuring a custom table), the kitchen with custom cabinets, island, stainless appliances and everything you will need to enjoy a good old fashioned home cooked meal while taking in a great view of the lake.
The upper-level features two bedrooms: a second Master with king bed, private bath, balcony and walk-in closet, and one with a king bed and private balcony. There is another full bath on this level as well.
Enjoy the brand new (2023) Game Room, complete with: Air Hockey, Foosball, Shuffleboard, a Dart Board, a Pub Table, and a Flat Screen TV. The loft above the Game Room features a Queen sized bed, and a Twin over Twin Bunk The couch in the game room is a Queen sized Sofa Sleeper.
The lower level features another King guest room with access to a screened deck and this room also features a view of the lake. In addition, there is a family area with a large sectional couch, a dining/game booth with custom table top featuring a map of the Lake of the Ozarks, bar with barstools behind the couch facing the deck and an arcade sized video game!
You will also find the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer, extra full-sized refrigerator, ice maker (up to a 100lbs/day) and access to the lower deck and pathway to the private dock.
The deck off the lower level is screened in and includes a table with seating that also converts into a shuffle board game.
The dock has two covered slips (10 x 24 and 12 x 32), and a double jet ski lift available for the guest usage, along with a swim platform, four kayaks, a paddle boat, two paddleboards, a Lily pad, assorted floats, and fishing poles. The fishing is good and you may even see an eagle or blue heron flying above the water.
