Negative: Kitchen silver needs new set--1 tsp; Feels like "early Goodwill" OK utensils House same as 7 years ago--touch up paint, etc. Lovely kitchen Marvelous views setting. Need path to beach to be fixed .
Summary: Beautiful weather gave beautiful views; good beds, linens, etc. Super clean.
