Positive: Nice appartement on the 5th floor of Oceanica condominiums. Marvelous view for the balcony of Flamingo beach. Flamingo Beach is less 3 minutes away, walking down a steep hill. Beautiful pool on the side of the building, with shade (highly appreciated with the heat). Flamingo beach sunsets were incredible. Conchal beach is 10 min away by car. Few nice restaurant at walking distance (El coco loco, Surfbox, Amigos and Tacos)
Negative: Mattress are firm but confortable. Shower pressure is very strong, splashing water a bit everywhere.
Summary: Lovely appartement, 2 min from the beach with amazing view
