Positive: Room was spotless! Nice decor. They thought of everything you could possibly need. Salt, pepper, olive oil, ziplocks and foil in the kitchen. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. Razors, feminine hygiene, and first aid kit in the bathroom.. They even had a flag in a planter next to the door of the room with your state or country of residence! Brand new gas grill was available to use.

Negative: Bicycles were free to use, but most were not road worthy. Not a deal breaker because it was too hot to ride anyway. I thought there would be a second TV in the bedroom, but there was not. Not a big problem. Having a heated pool in the summertime is not that refreshing. The listing stated that the flat had washer and dryer. Should be a little clearer. Washer and dryer were available on the property, but not in the flat.

Summary: Amazing little gem at a fantastic price!
