Summary:
The Farmhouse is part of the Grateful Woods family! It sits on its own 7 acres at the top of the driveway, across the street and with a beautiful view of the farm. Aside from its own amenities, you will also have access to the trails, gorgeous scenic driveway stroll through the pastures and to all of the animals (goats, scottish highlander cows and horses).

The Space:
The Farmhouse itself is a 4 bedroom/2.5 bath house. We just completed renovations on A LOT of this house - updated photos to come!
The ground floor consists of a living room with wood burning fireplace (firewood provided), sun room, fully stocked kitchen, dining with built in banquet, half bath, laundry/mud room, game room (with movie projector, pool table, games seating & more) PLUS a large back deck with grill, lounge seating, dining, hot tub and large backyard with a pond and small sledding hill & front porch with egg chair and a closely adjacenth fire pit tucked into the garden.
The upper level boasts all 4 bedrooms. The large, bright and sunny master hosts a king bed and en suite bathroom with both a shower and a tub, as well as a double sink vanity. The second and third bedrooms each host a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has two full beds plus a crib. This room also has a kitchenette complete with mini fridge, sink and electric kettle.
You will have plenty of room for parking (3 dedicated spots), perfect wifi & all amenities you would imagine a hotel to have. Can't find what you're looking for? Just ask!
The Neighborhood:
The house is located on 8 acres in a rural / farmland type of residential setting. You will feel remote enough to disconnect without being too far from anything you need.
Please note: Noise does carry in our little valley. Please be cautious of traveling sound for our neighbors!
Getting Around:
It is best to have a car when coming to Grateful Woods, but you can also take the train to Poughkeepsie or Rhinecliff and then take an Uber or Lyft from there, but note that you will need to schedule a car /taxi for your return trip as Ubers and Lyfts are harder to get from the property.
There is a bus from Port Authority directly to Kerhonkson once a day as well. This will drop you off 5 minutes from the property, but you will need to organize a car from there.
