This lakeside living cabin located in the Trethewey community is ideal for 1 to 2 families and offers a great family vacation with access to the private beach and playground while being in close proximity to world class golf, hiking, skiing and hot springs.
The community’s common area is ~100 yards from the front steps with a playground for the kids, large field for activities like baseball or frisbee, a volleyball net and basketball court, sandy beach for lazy summer days building sand castles or catching a nap under the sun and access to the lake to cool down in the swim area with floating dock.
The cabin can easily accommodate 8 guests with 3 spacious bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms with a full size bathtub, shower and washer and dryer.
The indoor dining space has a large table with bench seating that will comfortably seat all guests for any family meal and provide a great space to play games as the evening winds down.
The kitchen is fully stocked and a large BBQ on the back deck for cooking during the hot summer months with an outdoor eating area and a couple chairs to enjoy a morning coffee.
The main living space offers a large television with Apple TV to connect to your favorite streaming service (streaming services not included).
The front covered porch has a large comfy sectional to cuddle up and read a book while kids play in the yard or enjoy evening conversations or games alongside the fire pit.
The town of Invermere offer great local shops and restaurants within a short driving distance that will not disappoint. Windermere has a local grocery store within a 15 minute walk and a few close restaurants.
This is a non-smoking home that welcomes pets, we just ask that you keep them off the furniture and beds.
