Summary: This was our second time staying at the hotel. We were offered an upgrade ( for a fee) to the Gold Floor and we accepted. The Gold Floor was newly renovated and the room was wonderful. The upgrade allowed us to have breakfast in their lounge (very nice) and snacks and pastry later on in the day. Just wonderful! The heated pool was very nice as we pretty well had the pool to ourselves! The staff at Reception, the Valet Service and especially Michael and his staff on the Gold Floor were amazing! A wonderful stay!
