Summary: The front desk staff was professional with check-in they accommodated us the best they could with what they had to work with. The cleaning lady had to fix the toilet seat with the attachments. The appliances in the room were all broken or dysfunctional. Phone did not work, remote did not work, refrigerator needed Freon and the microwave had the wrong turntable in it because it did not spin. Probably the worst room on the floor.
