On the ocean side are large upper and lower decks, each with direct house access,
that look through wired railings across the back lawn and gardens to the ocean. Each
deck has multiple sitting areas, including a long open deck with 6 rocking chairs. On
the upper deck off the kitchen and entry hall is a gas grill, and gas fire table that seats
6. The lower deck is covered providing full shade.
Stairs on either side of the house lead to the lower decks. There is a substantial pier
and dock with two floats that can easily accommodate a 40 foot yacht at low tide with a
4 foot draft
