As ‘EVERGREEN ’ is in a residential area, we have a strict 'No parties or Events' policy and ask that all guests respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly at night.

Guests have access to the whole house. The garage is not available for guests use. However there is ample parking in the driveway.
Limited amounts of essential items such as dishwashing liquid, laundry powder, toilet paper and the like have been provided. Kitchen contains basic items for guests (tea, coffee, cling wrap etc.). Milk is not supplied as everyone's preferences are different. During your stay, these will not be replenished, so if you require more of these items you will have to purchase them.
