Summary: We stayed on a Friday night Saturday night, Sunday night Monday night leaving on a Tuesday morning. When we arrived, there were multiple cars out front that were checking in in the drive up area. Watched all these people get out, grabbing their suitcases and stuff and walked upstairs to the room left everything sitting right there. Once we got checked in the process was very simple and very painless and check in staff was very friendly. I was told when we checked in that they were completely booked for the next few days due to a youth basketball tournament. On that Friday evening and Saturday evening the hotel atrium and the swimming pool area sounded like a casino. The quiet time starts at 11 PM at 12:30 AM. The noise did not diminished at all. When we came back about 10 o’clock, we we we’re going to go to the Jacuzzi and we noticed that there were a large number of kids in their unsupervised both in the Jacuzzi and a swimming pool area. We contacted the manager on Duty at the front desk. I did not get her name. And the only thing that they would say was thank you. They did not engage customers at all. on Saturday evening, it was the same thing if not worse. We noticed that the switch on the Jacuzzi was removed. Later, discovered that the Jacuzzi has been out of service broken and all works at this level since April.
