Positive: comfortable rooms, good facitlies

Negative: That I couldn't check in as Booking.com and the motel had some sort of miscommunication (even though I received emails and txt message confirming my booking with a reservation and booking number. I could not book in and had to call management, This is a motel that has 24 hour check in. Management did their best to sort this out in a timely manner, but it took longer than expected and there was a language barrier so I am still not 100% sure what the actual problem was.

Summary: comfortable once check in issue was sorted
