Positive: The staff especially Jude was fabulous he couldn’t do enough to help me, he upgraded my room, helped get me tuk tuks daily. Carried my luggage & even made me breakfast to go at 2.30am as my transfer was at 3am. The view from my balcony was incredible & room & complimentary toiletries was fantastic. Breakfast delicious
