Summary: Overall was an amazing place to visit. We had booked the suites which were fantastic. Shocked to hear place was 9 years old. Felt much younger. Suites private garden was nice, however slightly shocked could not fully use main spa amenities. The biggest down side for us was the bed which we had in the lavender suite. It was awful, very slanted and first night I did not sleep well. Was informed next morning could only rotate the bed. Which staff to there credit did do, however once again issues which suggests to me underlying bed frame was issue. Resulted in two poor quality nights of sleep sadly and similar for my partner which was a big shame given the price point and expectations this is a retreat where good sleep is of paramount importance. Outside of that. We had a fantastic time and the location and scenery was superb.
