On the ground floor there is an ample living room abd tge kitchen both with direct access to the terrace. In the terrace we highlight the outdoor table perfect to have amazing meals in the summer, 2 wooden luxury loungers, a chillout area with a low table and a very charming mediterranean style stone barbeque.
On the upper floor it is located the night area with 3 bedrooms and 2 complete and cozy bathrooms. The main room has a private terrace with amazing sea views.
On this small community there is an elegant communal swiming pool with incredible panoramic sea views and private access to the first line of the el portet beach and several the noce restaurants of the beach.
