Summary: The service provided by Eric and his team was nothing short of spectacular! On the day of our arrival he connected with us to ensure he was there to receive us on arrival. We got lost and he was able to help us navigate and meet us on the other side of the entrance with his team ready to assist with our luggages. He then got us settled letting us know everything we need to know about the place. He even gave us suggestions on nightlife places we might like. On our last day he also assisted us in arranging a grab as we didn’t have the app and updated us along the way. Then when we got to the airport, we realize we were missing a luggage we forgot outside the condo. Eric and his team searched and located the luggage and we were able to go back and pick it up just in time for our flight. This condo has one of the best services we received in the Philippines which is why I chose it to begin with compared to the other places in the area from the reviews I read. They did not disappoint and we have Eric and his team to thank for the best time we had in BGC. Thank you Eric!
