Welcome to Edgewater Getaway located at the heart of Charlotte Harbor. This property it’s centrally located on the heart of Port Charlotte with easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants and Punta Gorda Airport
The space
Edgewater Getaway a cozy home with Charlotte Harbor view and access. Less than two miles from Sunseeker Resort either by car or water. Minutes away from US 41 & I 75 highways. Twenty minutes away from local beaches Boca Grande & Englewood.
Punta Gorda Airport -hub of Allegiant Airlines it's only 15 mins away.
If you are a Sunset lover whether you are at TT's Tiki Bar, Ponce DeLeon, Fisher's man Village or Sunseeker Resort I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
Two bedrooms/ Two bathrooms with a huge sofa that sleeps two and air mattress.

Tesla charger only on site- left hand side of the garage.

Initial toiletries will be provided. Long stay guests to purchase their own.
Cushions for pool lounges are kept inside the garage on a box- it’s Florida after all if you are aware storm it’s coming please pick them up and roll the stand TV located on the back of the house inside the property.
NOTE: For safety reasons . The property has 2 exterior security cameras located on the front of the home facing the front entry and one at the back yard facing the pool area and back door entrance. The cameras do not look on the interior of the property. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion.
