Summary: Upon arrival until the last day of our 5 day stay we were subjected to - unfriendly welcome - unfriendly service at breakfast - requests to pay for parking we did not use When checking in we said that we would pay for the full stay but not use our room on all nights and only need parking on the first night. During our stay we were afraid to go the small reception / breakfast room to avoid any altercations with the staff. The room was very clean but the lift was dirty and full of graffiti. However on the last day / breakfast one of the ladies actually did smile and was most friendly. We will not come back but hope the staff can learn to be at least a bit less unfriendly.
