Positive: Location.

Negative: The light was off when we used microwave and kettle. Bathroom light was off all the sudden when I was in the shower. Tv wasn’t working properly because we need to switch off and on from power point instead of tv remote. Very noisy during the night from outside road also we can hear people talking outside after midnight. The building was dirty from renovation, too much dust everywhere.

Summary: The only good thing about it is the location.
