Summary: The location is very convenient, the nightly ramen/ice cream treats were fun, and the breakfast was more than ample each day! We stayed here with my parents in two rooms for three nights. When our AC malfunctioned on our first night, the staff was very helpful in relocating us. We have visited Japan over 20 times, and found this hotel to be very unique with a lively/fun vibe. If you are used to Western hotel rooms, you will find these very small, with correlating bathrooms...but when in Rome...or in this case, Osaka...you just get used to it and it's not a big deal! I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about this hotel, I appreciated being near two restaurants that catered to my mom's celiac disease (okonomiyaki made with rice flour), and near so many massage places (where I enjoyed affordable leg massages). Highly recommend!
