Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Nice location with a decent view. The hosts were nice as well.

Negative: There were some issues with our stay. First of all, when asked when we can check in they told us at 16.00 instead of 14.00 written on booking, which forced us to change our plans. It was clear the hosts didn't like it however when we took 20 minutes more to leave from the requested check-out time, which is kinda ironic. When we arrived, i was really surprised to notice that there was no air conditioner. While i admit i haven't checked whether it said there was an AC, it is the first time i've rented a place without one so i didn't even think of checking, so it was my mistake, just something people should know so they don't repeat it. We also had issues with the cleanliness; there were spider webs in a lot of places, but the major problem was that the dishes felt greasy so we had to clean everything again before using. A lot of the furniture is really old. The fridge was also extremely old and felt unclean as well, maybe simply due to its age. The Grill also had a filthy grate; they offered us those "grill 1 time" aluminum attachments, but that makes the food taste like it was cooked inside, and not grilled. It was really annoying since the grill was the main reason we chose this place. The great must cost like 5€ maximum if it's filthy beyond saving it, so i don't understand why a new one wasn't in place. One of the rooms was much better than the other; in the other (living room turned bedroom) there was basically 0 room in the closets which were full, so we couldn't unpack. There were also still tons of family pictures in that room, which was weird to say the least, with unknow people staring at you as you try to sleep. One last thing i would mention is that since there is no AC you are forced to sleep with windows open, and it gets very loud outside.
