Summary: Do not mention specific prices or room rates Leave out any profanity Don't reference personal information none of the above are part of this my third try to submit rating and if you don't post I'll stop using ur website. check in was a hassle. had to check in at one desk then redirected to another for parking pass which turned into a time share offering. hadn't even gotten to room. I provided phone number and received a message asking if interested and I replied no. within an hour we got a call from manager asking same question. still no. besides that it was pleasant
