Positive: Great location, clever design elements in a compact apartment layout, shower very good, some nice views, excellent communication with host.

Negative: Heating was barely adequate, blinds not fully functional, bathroom needs more towel rails, flooring deteriorating quite significantly.

Summary: Ok, but could be excellent
