Enter our gated home and see a beautiful, modern farmhouse, surrounded by vineyards, with landscaping of roses and Napa grasses. The house has a modern deck that wraps around the entire home so that you can enjoy the scenery while looking out onto a lovely pool with jacuzzi, modern fire pit, pizza oven, bocce court, and covered trellis for dining in the vineyard.
Our furnishings are elegant with a California casual vibe with beautiful artwork. The house has a designer aesthetic that is open concept with a large chef kitchen, elegant dining space, library/tv room with a fireplace. The interior is a serene color palette that mirrors the peacefulness of the outdoors.
Each of the four bedrooms has high end furnishings, artwork high end linens. Each bathroom is decorator designed with beautiful finishes.
We have a bonus barn that has a large screen TV, giant sofa and workout gear plus a bathroom. We also have an artist studio should you want to paint, sketch or create.
The property has lots of places to enjoy the scenery - including a set of e- bikes (although we also have a Peloton) to take in the world-class local wineries. We are around the corner from Saintsbury Winery and down the street from two famous properties - the Carneros Inn with wonderful restaurants and the brand new Stanley Ranch resort. We are also close to a range of amazing golf courses including Silverado. We are close to downtown Napa and a short drive to Saint Helena and Yountville where there are wonderful restaurants, galleries and shops.
Most people describe this home as magical, particularly at night where we have invested in a landscape lighting plan that illuminates the house, pool and firepit areas. However our pool and jacuzzi with lounge chairs are at the times all that is needed to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
Although the farmhouse is 100 years old, it was gutted and fully renovated just 3 years ago to bring it to its modern stature. Our favorite element of the house are two giant palm trees at the street that say, this house is ready for fun.
